Terms of Business
All designs are covered by copyright by Whoopsie Daisy. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design shown
Each product is individually handmade by Whoopsie Daisy. There may be minimal variations to each card.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed. Orders will not be produced without receipt of a deposit. The outstanding balance in cleared funds is due 21 days before the due delivery date of the respective order. A receipt will be provided to confirm each payment.
Once full payment has been cleared, the order will be dispatched upon completion. Orders will be sent via Special Delivery or Parcel Force. A signature is required for all orders.
Postage on all orders will be charged at Special Delivery and Parcel Force standard costs according to weight.
Whoopsie Daisy cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in dispatch or delivery.
There is a one-off fee of £40.00 for the Bespoke Design Service. If you decide not to choose this design then there is no refund.
A minimum of 6 weeks must be allowed from approval of proofs to the completion and delivery of the order. Whoopsie Daisy will endeavour to meet requests for orders required in less than 6 weeks.
Whoopsie Daisy will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns used in the Order of Service. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that permission has been obtained.
A full set of proofs will be sent to the customer with a sample of their wording for approval. This must be checked and each sample signed and returned to Whoopsie Daisy prior to printing. Any changes made after going to print will incur an additional charge.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If Whoopsie Daisy experiences difficulty with supply of necessary materials, the customer will be informed and similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested.
Whoopsie Daisy accepts payment by cheque or PayPal .
Whoopsie Daisy accepts no liability for any loss suffered, financial or otherwise, resulting from the provision of any of our products or services.
Whoopsie Daisy promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Only one promotion can be used with any one order. Discounts do not apply to postage and packing.
